Norton Family Online Safety Initiative Commended in UK Awards

Symantec’s Norton Family Online Safety Initiative has been commended by the judges of the Nominet Best Practice Challenge awards 2008 for ‘providing quality security and safety advice to customers in a personal and friendly style’ and was awarded second place in the ‘Personal Safety Online Award.’

The Nominet Best Practice awards recognise those organizations, groups or individuals who have embraced the challenge of making the Internet a secure, open, accessible or diverse experience for all.
